La Garconnière est une villa très élégante, historique, restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et équipée du confort moderne. L’emplacement presque au bord de la mer (2 minutes à travers un petit parc, agréable à entendre quand la mer est forte) et à une distance acceptable de la zone volcanique et très bien pour le sud/sud-est de l’île. La commune de Grand Bois est à l’écart des foules touristiques, est calme et offre de très bonnes possibilités de shopping (boulangerie, pâtisserie…). Beaucoup de verdure autour de la maison et jolie petite piscine

La Garconniere is a very stylish villa, historic, very tastefully restored and equipped with modern comforts. The location almost by the sea (2 minutes through a small park, nice to hear when the sea is heavy) and at an acceptable distance from the volcanic area and very good for the south/southeast of the island. The town of Grand Bois is away from the tourist crowds, is quiet and offers very good shopping opportunities (boulangerie, patisserie, etc.). Lots of greenery around the house and nice little pool
